Glamping HubReviews of glampinghub.com

I am a cottage owner and tried to use this platform to rent our cottages in Grand Manan new brunswick, nothing but headaches, you cannot contact the prospective renters and give prices, websites or other numbers on their platform trying to send messages back and forth has been a nightmare and has lost us business! I will never ever use this platform to rent out our cottages again!! Beware!!!!! plus they charge too much !!!!

Our experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. We drove all the way to the property for what was supposed to be a relaxing family getaway, only to spend hours waiting without receiving any check-in information or meaningful communication from the host. Because of the lack of response and organization, we ultimately had no choice but to turn around and drive back home, wasting our entire evening along with additional expenses for gas, food, and trip preparations. What makes this especially upsetting is that trips like these require time off work, planning, coordination, and money that cannot simply be recovered with an apology or a certificate. The situation was handled very unprofessionally, and the complete lack of communication left us stressed, disappointed, and feeling unsupported as guests. I sincerely hope improvements are made so that other families do not have to go through the same experience.

Terrible experience. Seem to only have one rude customer service rep with no oversight.

These people are scamming people! The property I booked through or thought I was booking through had no idea that a 3rd party was booking their cabins! Dispute any transaction from this place!!!

Don't waste your time! I tried to book on this site. Ever place replied to my booking request with an offer for a rate 50% higher than the posted rate. They were very nice about it but I believe this is false advertising.

I used booking to make my stay and a glampinghub vacation home. The cancelled within 2 hours. I am not receiving my money back from either site. And glampinghub is not responding to any messages or calls from myself or booking. A nightmare experience. This site needs to be taken down and turned in for stealing money from people.

unauthorized live listing - I am a new host, I had a draft in the system and pressed the 'review my listing' button which got be POSTED without my permission! NO way for folks to book, price was wrong, bed sizes wrong, pictures wrong. I mean it was my DRAFT, we were live for 12 days before I realized. They did bring down the listing however they did remind me that it was all my fault of course. WHY would any booking agency want to post a listing that's not ready for listing? Cold response to my concerns, I will not use them. It was so embarrassing!!

Had a nightmare experience with a tinyhome booked with Glamping Hub. Tinyhome was unusable (no heating, 10°C), host's were abusive and couldn't get a refund. Glamping Hub totally unhelpful. Tinyhome was not even the unit advertised.
