Glamourtress is my first stop for online hair shopping. I have been a customer for almost 10 years, and i have never had a problem. The best part for me is finding a look that I saw in my local store, with a discounted value on Glamourtress! I love the fast 2 day free shipping., and the site is is very user friendly. Those are just some of the highlights. My only disappointment is when a unit I am in love with is out of stock in my color. It doesn't ever seem to get re-stocked. Then I am forced to decide if I want to trust my purchasing power with another site. Affordability and convenient shopping are the most important elements for me. I truly enjoy being loyal a loyal costumer to Glamourtress.com, and sharing your site with everyone I know.

I feel that your regular customers …
I feel that your regular customers shouldn’t be charge shipping and handling if the order is around $ 39. 99 or 49.99 also if discounts on orders it should also apply if you doing online or speaking to representatives . sometimes I only need 3 thing so I look at other companies to buy from because of the shipping.
