Super long shipping time and customer service responds with very generic “copy and paste” paragraphs.

I was so excited to get these lashes but it was a nightmare.. They took forever to get mailed out which I was ok with because of covid all mail is a little slow so that's understandable but when I finally got them, most of them were opened and the lashes were messed up with hairs on the lashes going in all directions and big parts of the lashes with nothing on them it looked like a toddler played with them or they were a demo pair that people destroyed... also I've been having eye issues ever since using glamnetic eyeliner and lashes.. I contacted customer service and asked how I could get a refund or the lashes replaced. They said they had to clear it with their manager before issuing a refund over a month ago which would have been fine if it were true. Now anytime I try and follow up I get excuses about how they havent heard anything back from their manager when it's been over a month. I spent almost $600 and recieved garbage because I didn't research before purchasing.. I seen all the hype on instagram and purchased so many kits before trying them out because I wanted to give a few kits as gifts.. i wouldnt have bought them if I knew they delete any and all negative feedback in the comments and never give refunds without a fight. Glamnetic is a lawsuit just waiting to happen Don't buy these

Was super excited to try out three new eyelashes I bought from Glamnetic (Lucky, Vibe and Vacay) but was completely disappointed after I did :(. They took over a month to arrive and when they finally got here, I was shocked at how long all of them were. I knew I had ordered some on the longer end but I didn't realize they would be that long. I let that slide and then decided to try them on. The liner brush was split in half and the liner smelled terrible (like tar). Actually applying the liner was a mess because of this. When I put each of the 3 set of eyelashes on they were heavy on my eyelids, it felt like I had little weights on them. I can't imagine how annoying this would be to wear for longer than the 5 mins I wore them for. They were also too long for my eye lids so I followed the instructions and cut off one of the magnets off the outer end. Since I had to cut off a whole magnet, they became too short for my eye-lids and didn't stick properly... The actual lashes themselves look like costume lashes - they are WAY too long! Even the Lucky lashes which are supposed to be 12-13mm are so long. I would never consider wearing these out to a bar with friends which was the whole point of getting them. Already sad at this point, I took them off and attempted removing the eyeliner. I dipped q-tips in olive oil to mimic the pre-soaked q-tips you can buy off their site. It took a lot of scrubbing and scraping but I finally got the liner off. Overall, very unhappy about this purchase. Definitely not worth $155 CAD. Would never buy again. Would like a refund, but from the other reviews, I doubt I will get a reply from Glamnetic.

Beautiful lashes but it does not work! When I tried these they were so uncomfortable to wear and I had to use so much eyeliner for it to stick. Anytime it was windy or my eyes slightly watered I felt the corners coming up. The eyeliner is chunky and dried out after a month. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY LASHIFY! This is not it.

I’d love to give zero stars. Not only is it an inferior product, customer service is absolute crap. On my first order, it was sent to the wrong address due to an error with the payment processor (sezzle). Constant circle jerk about who could fix or reroute the package. Glamnetics blames ME for being incompetent, yet it was the third party website that put in my old address and NEVER gave me a chance to review it and update. I contacted glamnetics within MINUTES of placing it to cancel and change address and was told they could not. When it DID ship, still to the wrong address, their crap customer service STILL refused to help, and told me to contact the shipper, who again confirmed that THEY could not reroute it, but that GLAMBETICS had that power to do so. I still have had zero resolution and a package on its way to a house I haven’t lived at for a year.

SCAM!!! Do not buy!!!!

The magnetic eyeliner smudges easily and damages the eyelashes. I’ve sent an email to Glemnetic Support Team on how to return my order and they insist on me going over the line twice, etc but I told them that I just want to return in as it also damaged my eyelashes. No reply after 2 days. Very unprofessional. I was expecting a lot more because it is also very expensive. DO NOT BUY!
