Horrible customer service! I sent them proof of the damages and only wore them once. The lashes are extremely cheap and they claimed it was an "anchor," that fell off. Then after I sent back a responce saying that it in fact was not an anchor I received no responce! I even said I would send the lashes back to receive new ones. I'm upset because I did really like my "Love lashes." This was soon becoming one of my favorite magnetic lash brands, but after dealing with the cusomer service I changed my mind. Save your money and go with another brand.

The eyeline went on smooth, but the lashes won't stay on. I've tried for four days now and I'm tired of being embarrassed, by the lashes falling off. What a huge waste of money. When I tired to contact them online to ask for help, the sight won't load my questions or concerns.

I live in the UK. I waited 2 months for it to arrive but realised I had to pay £26 custom fees on top of the £100 that i paid for three pairs of lashes and delivery lol. I agree with the others that their customer service sucks D*ck it just copies and pastes replies I assume and never answer the question. Don’t waste your money on this BS if u live in the UK. custom fees aren’t worth it for this crap

So I had a very easy time applying the eye liner, the lashes are beautiful and fit my eyes perfect. You just have to take your time applying it and stretch your eye lid out correctly in order to make sure it doesn’t get everywhere( just like normal eye liner). When it came time to take them off, I just used a q-tip and some eye make-up remover and gently ran the q-tip back and forth until it all came off of my eye lids. Then I proceeded to use a q-tip to remove any liner that may have been stuck to the lashes. Then I rinsed the lashes to make sure there was no trace of the make up remover left behind. This is to ensure that the magnets remain in place and that there’s no difficulty re-applying. The only problem is I think my skin is sensitive to the liner, my eye lids remained puffy thru the 1-2nd day that I’ve worn them. But I will say they are pretty strong holding onto your lashes. I had no problems keeping them on. I even cut up some onions and my eyes started to water and they still remained in tact.

Ok so they do work. BUT the eyeliner IS SO HARD TO GET OFF. I scrubbed and scrubbed using an oil based makeup remover and it would not come off! So if you’re not someone who is able to get their eyeliner absolutely perfect on the first try (which most people aren’t) good luck. Even then hopefully you’re okay with wearing it for a week+. But when you remove the lashes it does take off some of the liner with it.

I don't know what's going on with the rest of the reviews here, but mine came in an extremely timely fashion, I ordered the Charlie's Angel's set and I LOVE Love LOVEEEE them. They work perfectly and look amazing, mine work in high winds, at the beach, chillin at the house, everywhere. I have extremely long natural lashes so the length doesn't bother me one bit. I will definitely buy again ❤ I also self advertise on the photos I'm wearing them in, THATS how much I love them. Anyone having trouble removing the eyeliner, use a baby wipe and some elbow grease. Also, let the liner dry for about 3 min and apply another coat, wait till dry and your good to go. Remember ladies, we do not cry in mink lashes. Chins up.

So far, they’re absolutely amazing! This is my first time wearing them. I’m HORRIBLE at applying glued lashes, but Glamnetics lashes were incredibly easy to apply. I’ve been wearing them for about 6 hours now and there’s been no “hangage”, they’ve stuck right on. Definitely recommend!
