Worst shipping methods with bad customer service that doesnt read or even bothered to reply to each individual customers. Just auto copy & pasted email and dont take responsibility for 2 MONTHS missing items!! Seem to be a glitch with the website upon listing, advertised as 60% off and charged me for 40% on the checkout. The whole thing felt like a scammed, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Save yourself & go to other place!

I'm docking a star just based on them shipping the product which is my biggest issue with them. I live in Canada and I made an order at the beginning of December. After waiting a month and tracking the order, it just stops at the border for a week. I contacted them to find out what happened and they told me they lost the order. The only reason they gave me another order was because I had Route protection. So, make sure you have Route protection or else you're screwed. Now I had to wait another month for this second order. So after 2 months, I finally get my order. The eyeliner is chunky so making a smooth line or winged tip at the end is impossible so I just used regular eyeliner. But putting the eyelashes on is super easy. It just snaps in place so this was the best part. But when I took it off, a magnet came off. So I'm docking another star based on quality.

I have always gotten my order on time and been impressed with the quality of every item. Once I reached out to customer service due to a missing promo item. I got a response with a replacement sent out within 24 hours. Their customer service is on point, super responsive, and I can tell they care about making their customers happy.

I have tried a variety of magnetic lashes and they were so awful I decided to give up on them. I am from a small town in Alaska so didn’t know about GLAMNETIC (at least there) until I received a subscription box with a pair of GLAMNETIC BABY GIRL Magnetic Lashes and Magnetic Liner. First thing I loved from the lashes was the packaging it is BEAUTIFUL, eye catching... I already knew they were worth a try. I honestly do not know what is it about them if it’s the liner, the magnets, I do not know.. But OMG, I AM IN LOVE WITH THEM. They are long lasting, beautiful, and inexpensive for their quality. 100% recommended!!! You will not regret it!!

On my 10th order with Glamnetic now and loving the products, customer service, and supportive group of other customers! They ask for constructive feedback, support up and coming makeup artists, and have giveaways. The rewards program is one of my favorite features other than the products. The shipping takes some time, but I have not had any issues with it at all and they email updates. Those who need quick shipping in the US can look for their Amazon page. Ulta stores also carry a limited selection. As far as products: WOW! I used to have lash extensions and COVID-19 shut that down, besides I had scheduling problems. Now I love getting to pick lashes based on how I feel or what look I'm going for and it takes no time at all! I don't plan to get extensions again.

The lashes are so gorgeous and easy to apply! My daughter is also in love with the nails. Excellent company <3

I used to glue on lashes daily. This is SO much easier! I love that I can reuse them so many times! The magnetic case makes it easy to keep up with them. I have at least 20 pair. They're my new addiction!

I was super excited to try "Princess" from their new Pillow Talk half lashes and they never got to me. I paid the $1.50 or so for insurance, emailed Glamnetics and they sent a new pair. Almost two weeks later and I still haven't gotten any lashes with any updates on shipping.
