The lashes itself are great - I ordered twice from this company. The problem is the black liquid liner that cost almost $40. It is extremely tacky - even the new one I opened- never been used - it was like tar and I was unable to use it. Big clumpy mess. I tried to salvage it by putting it in warm water but no luck. I tried to get advice on how to salvage the liner from the “glamnetic fam” Facebook group - respectfully and without bashing the product but the admins never approved my post and most likely deleted it to hide the problem of this product so no one else can read my post. This lack of transparency is why I will NOT support this company any longer. Spend your money somewhere else.

Don’t buy anything from this business! I usually don’t write reviews and the only times that I do are when I 100% believe the services/products are helpful and useful. I am not paid by anyone to write reviews on their behalf so this is totally based on my own experience. Glamnetic is neither helpful or provide a useful product. I ordered heaps of lashes from them including magnetic eyeliner on 28 November 2020 after seeing all the videos. Compared to Moxielashes I liked the style of the lashes from Glamnetic. After placing the order, I was able to track the order via Shop. The tracking kept updating from DHL where it kept saying enroute but never got to me. What I got was 1 pair of Venus eyelash and no eyeliner. I waited until 12th January 2021 to make contact with them. The response I got is that the package is now going to be marked lost and I could either get a refund or have the remaining items reposted to me. But there was a catch, they didn’t have the eyeliner I wanted so I could take an alternative or get same eyeliner but different colour to the black I ordered. When I asked for franchezka to give me send me one as a bonus because it was their fault for not managing the original order and posting the eyelashes order in two batches, I was essentially told that I will get the remaining order when the eyeliner I wanted was back in stock. I made a second complaint a week or two later because I was tired of the wait, again I was offered a replacement or refund and I opted for a refund after telling Franchezka that I would be posting this review that they sent me a useless pair of eyelashes which did not have any eyeliner with it so how the hell was I supposed to even use it. Glamnetic then decided to post me a tube of eyeliner the one that they claim was out of stock to go with the useless eyelashes in mid Feb. Then this morning they decided to cancel the remaining order and refund the order but I have to wait 3-5 business days for the money to come back into my account. Moreover the free black eyeliner that I was supposed to get as part of the bonus for the order is nowhere to be seen. On top of this, I tried the eyelashes and eyeliner this morning and it does not “easily” apply! Mines did not easily apply and would not sit on the eyeliner as per the videos. All those paid vids taken by people are lies! If you have any questions I’d be more than happy to answer it. You have been warned, do not buy from these people. I have ordered from Moxielashes instead and so have have had an amazing experience with Moxie!

These lashes are great and the company customer service is great. I had ordered 4 lashes and when they came it was too long so I contacted customer service to do a exchange but they said to keep the lashes and I can choose a new shorter set which they sent to me for free. Lashes work well and are beautiful and I wear it everyday from morning till when I go to bed. Some of my Co workers will buy too as they have seen me wearing it. Before use watch the videos on their website is helpful.

I got to say the liner and felt tip liner does a good job holding lashes on but after a few uses the felt tip dried up and the liquid liner was all clumpy.

Don't waste your time or money on these eyelashes. The glue arrived and was hard and the eyelashes were a horrible fit. Totally disappointed in this product.

Worst lashes and SCAM company! Don’t waste your money on this brand, they fell off 5 minutes after and the eyeliner never gets dry!

Love the idea. Didn’t realize the liner was sticky. It got on my lashes which I tried to curl and ripped a few out which was sketchy. Other than that didn’t realize the anchors were on there causing the lashes not to stick to the inner corners. I realized it after they are a good idea just need to know they’re on there cause they’re so tiny! Just could use a little more info on the instructions of overall.
