Loved the nails while on but not easy…
Loved the nails while on but not easy to take off. Not happy about the removal process. Soaking for 10 minutes did not work as described. Took multiple sessions (warm water, oil, soap) before they budged and a layer of glue is still on my nails!

Package lost/stolen multiple times
I successfully order nails without the app, and they were delivered no problem, but once I used the app, my order got lost/stolen twice. I never have packages stolen, so I wonder if the delivery company used is taking the packages? Either way, I did not get any of my nails and received a refund.

Really good customer service
Really good customer service. Was pleasantly surprised by how easy the nail application is, and how high quality it looks.
