I first purchased the press on nails and love how strong they are and long lasting. They have different designs and plenty of sizes to fit every nail. I decided to try the lashes after and have been liking the ease of application and the different styles. I really like the half lashes. Only downside is that the liner pen runs out quickly if you use it everyday but the lashes last all day without falling off.

Great tracking and short arrival time.

The first time I gave feedback to this company that their products didn't work for me, one of their employees was super nice and offered me one of the new products to try, which I was not expecting. When they sent me a new set of lashes, the liner and lashes DID NOT STICK AT ALL. Despite multiple applications and touch ups, the moment I left my house, the lashes were dangling at the end and I had to remove them on the cab ride to my dinner. This left my eyeliner PATCHY and I was just super angry, disappointed and upset because I had my whole makeup look planned but now I just looked like eyelashless and patchy. I dropped the glamnetic staff a message to update her on the set I received and let her know how bad it was with pictures. I literally told them that I would "just like to feedback" and this lady had the audacity to tell me 'yeah we're not refunding you'. I was SHOCKED at her response and how she assumed I wanted a refund when I clearly said 'just to feedback on your product'. After which she completely ignored my messages and deleted my comment about the product... Super rude and unethical. Thumbs up the the first friendly customer service agent that attended to me and a big no the the last one that attended to me. I now have about 800 points from my glamnetic account which I want to use but don't wish to purchase any of their unethical, useless products anymore. The first customer agent really made me want to give them another chance but the way I have been treated the last round has just completely put me off. Customer service is also NON EXISTENT and wouldn't assist me. Save your money and stick to the normal eyelash glue or sticky eyeliners. I swear they just DON'T WORK. best quality press-on nails i’ve tried so far! love the durability - i’m very rough with my hands (barbell lifts 5d a week, labor-intensive job) and these still lasted me almost two weeks. paint on end of nails began to chip after about a week. probably wouldn’t reuse the same nails but they came with enough in each set so i could get more use out of them. will definitely be ordering more sets in the future!

I've always been treated so well by Glamnetic. I recently ordered 2 liners that were not good. Contacted them and no problem replacing them with a bonus product. I highly recommend them!

I truly LOVE Glamnetic. However, I ordered the the pen liner and it’s only my 2nd time using it and it’s thick and dry. I’ll reach out to customer service.

I can’t express how much I love these lashes. They are a true error proof eye enhancement. They’re super easy to apply and you don’t even feel them. Effortless perfection!
