I sent them emails and they never respond. Going on two weeks now. They don't want my service? Okay then.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I sent a sell package over 2 weeks ago and the tracking says it stayed at the post office. I emailed them so many times, but never got a response. Will never do business with them again.

Avoid glambot like the plague. No customer service, as in I don’t think they have anyone who deals with enquiries since you literally never get a reply. I ordered several orders seperately in order to get them into Norway without paying customer duty on them. Glambot combined the orders without my knowledge or consent, so I had to pay vat and a high processing fee, not to mention double postage as they didn’t refund me the postage for the second parcel!!! I thought it was a good way of trying things cheaply to see if I wanted to buy them new. The products themselves are fine, nothing wrong there, it is the structure of the seller that doesn’t work. Save yourself and avoid this site.

I Purchased about 105$ of makeup over a month ago which I still haven’t recieved to this day! The tracking information hasn’t changed since the 12th of december. They don‘t answer my e-mails and I can‘t even get my money back because they supposedly shipped the package but it just went lost. Please don‘t purchase on their site THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!!

I have mixed feelings about Glambot; on the one hand it is a good platform to order discounted make up to try out and discover which products work for you and which don't - so you can reorder the ones that did from the official vendors, and not feel really bad about spending tons of money on the ones that didn't. With that said, they have 0 customer support, and if you get a wrong item or some of the items from your listing didn't arrive...well, there's not much to do about it. Also, I can't say I saved any money since discovering Glambot - I always end up buying too much of their website and spendings alot on refubrished, maybe outdated or soon to be expired products ( just my assumption, since make up shelf life is 12 M). Now I'm wondering if this make up even fulfils the purpose of trying out different make up to reordered from the official vendors; I mean, will the performance and quality stay the same after the sterilization and time?

This is a SCAM! There is no replies to email, social media queries or direct messaging on the site. They say that there are discount codes, however, it does not apply to your order. Then there offers that say there is free shipping on orders over a certain amount - this does not exist. You will be billed for shipping anyway. There is no response to emails or queries. I have emailed and direct messaged them since the 15th of October.

Makeup come descritto sul sito. Unica pecca: ci vuole tanto tempo per ricevere la merce, sperando che la dogana non la blocchi e richieda il pagamento delle duty-fees. Spero che in futuro aprino una base in UE.
