They stole from me. Sent them a box of products to sell to them in March 2026 with the shipping label they sent, tracking shows it was delivered to them, and they ghosted me, keeping my items. I reached out several times over a few months to try and get a response and still nothing. Just a blatant thieving scammers. They used to be legitimate, but now are just riding out the last bits of their old reputation.

no response from this company after I sent two emails regarding lack of communications regarding my questions of when my products are to be sent to me. I was charged for these items on my credit card, but according to glambot site, they could not find the items.

I place a $190 oder three weeks ago. Tracking says usps still hasnt received the order. I love glambot, and im going to be really sad is they just stole my money and ghosted me. They haven't responded to emails, nothing. WTH Glambot

Glambot sent 3 separate offers for my 3 sell packages, totaling $113.00, to my email address. Their e-mails stated to reply to the offers with my Paypal email address which I did. I was never sent my rightful payments! They kept all the brand new makeup I sent them and never, ever sent my 3 payments. I cannot believe a company would actually do this. This is THEFT and I will not stop reviewing and telling my story until I receive my payment.

DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MAKEUP! They will steal it from you and tell you, they have never received it or they just ignore your numerous calls. Emails and messages filled out on their website. I sent them hundreds of dollars of new makeup and they will not respond to any of my messages. You will regret it if you try and do business with them.

some things are great. the issue is communication. they dont tell you when its shipped, cannot track and if you do have an issue - which i have with a few orders now they NEVER respond.

missing items in different orders (cheap brushes), pulverized eyeshadows, lash mascaras are dry, eyeshadow palettes without brushes, liquid lipsticks sticky, sell free samples wich are not for sail, "help@gamblot" or zendesk e-mails do not work nobody answer . They do not answer IG message or help page. Worthless. Do not waist your money. Una mierda , es una estafa sin reclamos
