I ordered a 3 pak of filters for my Fridge from Glacier... when the box came, it was empty. I contacted the company via email... was told that they would immediately send out another package, which they did! I got the filters within four days.. as far as I'm concerned, this company is ACES! It's refreshing to do business with an honest and reliable business .. especially these days. Highly recommended!!

Your company is awesome. We ordered the filters for our Samsung frigerator and they came immediately but they didn't fit. So we sent an email to you and the problem was fixed asap. The correct filters were sent and received within a few days and we have excellent water again

Several months ago I was looking to purchase water filters as the company I was using was rather expensive. Upon my search I found Glacier, I found their products and their prices to be phenomenal (Equivalent to Samsung water filters.) Customer Service was also easy to reach out to and their response time was efficient. I mistakenly ordered the wrong water filters, upon notifying Glacier they assisted me in correcting the order and shipped the filters out to me. The filters were easy to change, the water is crystal clear and tasty. I'm a very happy camper, thank you Glacier!

I ordered refrigerator water filters from Glacier Fresh after checking the internet and liking their deals. Soon after I realized I had ordered the wrong filters. I sent a email to customer support and told them what happened, and please cancel. I got a response within 24hr and was relieved to know they could modify my order and send the wright filters.
