Good pricing; good customer service
Pricing on water and air filters for my Sub-Zero refrigerator was so much better with Glacier Fresh than any other source. Customer service was great too - they helped with a delivery schedule that worked with my travel plans.

Easy to order
Easy to order, pricing was fantastic and tracking info was on target. Filter installed just fine, now waiting to see what the life is on the filter. We live in an area that gets a D rating on our water supply. Factory filters last 6 months, hope to get this much out of the Glacier filters. So far, great products.

Great service and product!
Glacier Fresh replacement filter is excellent. It's as good as the OEM on my opinion, but better than the filter is their customer service. I encountered a hiccup during delivery and their customer service team was stellar!

Do Yourself a Favor - Just Buy and Save $$$
I have been waiting for a "quality" water filter replacement other than the grossly overpriced OEM unit for my GE Cafe 4 door refrigerator and finally found it in Glacier Fresh. Fast easy shopping on website and now I can get a multiple pack for less than the price I formerly paid for a single GE replacement filter. Install was identical and chip must have been compatible immediately. Fresh taste and no leaks 3 weeks later. I will be a customer for the life of my fridge! Thanks for giving us a true replacement filter.
