This company send water filters they said on their website would fit our refrigerator. When they finally came and did not fit, way too big, the company has repeatedly failed to communicate with me about returning them or replacing them after the first and only response. I have emailed 7 times and received no response. I have no recourse but to have my bank stop payment to them and demand the money back. Absolutely no way to run a company. Work with them at your own peril!

Company sent me defective filters and then gave me the run around multiple times before finally accepting my return. They make me pay for return shipping and don’t even cover the return for the open, defective filter (only the unopened ones). Even though I’m trying to return all of them under 30 days.

Ordered glacier fresh, was sent different brand Crystala. When i asked for return they were not ready to accept the return , tried to upsell unknown brand product and finally gave $40 refund. Tried installing them on my Avalon water filter, the water started leaking because O rings are not good. They are waste trash now. Glacier fresh is a cheater do not buy any thing from, Never going to buy from them

Here is the exact text sent to Glacier: Today I set up my new GF-RVWS001 which was purchased thru Amazon. I was a disappointed about a couple of things. I noticed the main cap was sitting a bit crooked. After struggling to remove it I found it was cross threaded. Once put on correctly it seems to seal. The 6001 fitting was missing the black O-Ring. I was able to use one I had on hand. The 6002 fitting was missing the small white O-Ring. I was able to repurpose the one from the 6003 fitting. Collectively these deficiencies make me wonder if I am the first owner of this unit. Here is their response: Hello. Sorry, we are an independent website, not Amazon, we suggest you contact the customer service of Amazon store directly, they will help you to deal with the problem, thanks for understanding. When I replied with a screenshot showing Amazon directing me to the Glacier website I received the following response: Hi, In this case,you could contact with the AMAZON front desk for help. Thank you for your understanding. Disappointing, I will reach out to Amazon for further help.

On September 1st, I placed an order for PF-2 Fluoride Reduction Filters. A week later, instead of receiving the filters I ordered, I received other water filters. I sent Glacier Fresh an email message regarding the error. They apologized and asked me to send photos of the filters and packaging. I did as they requested. About a week and a half later I received a shipment. Instead of the filters I ordered, they again sent the same wrong filters. I requested a refund. They apologized again, and told me they would send me the filters I ordered. That was on September 21st. It's now October 10th. I've yet to receive a refund, or the filters I ordered.

Have yet to receive the product.

Have not gotten my order yet. Tried to track it yesterday. I was it could be 3-10 days. Been 8 days since I was notified it had shipped.

Glacierfresh offers via Amazon filters that replace the original GE filters XWFE. I bought a set of three units but they did not work. After three months of complying with Glacier's requirements such as sending photos of the units, front, side etc, and the GE too following their recommendations, resending the photos previously sent to them, they conclude that the filters sold do not have the chip that the original GE has, they recommend removing the chip from the Original GE but that didn't work either. The final result sold filters are incomplete and they do not accept their mistake. The client loses his investment and today have three units to put in the trash can.
