I took over a month to write this review, so I could experience the filter system and water. I have to say the water tastes super fresh and delicious. The filter is super easy to use. The battery counter helps you keep track of when to change it. I don't use as much water as the tracker counts so I'll let the changing go past the 90 days. I'd love for it to actually track the amount of water used vs the passing days. I have zero complaints. Love the look, ease in cleaning and filter change. I suppose you clean the reservoir with water and vinegar as you cannot reach it. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for this beautiful review—and for taking a whole month to write it. That kind of care means everything to us. We’re thrilled the water tastes super fresh and delicious, and that the filter has been so easy to use. It’s also wonderful to hear the battery counter is helping you keep track, even if your water use doesn’t match the days exactly. Your idea to track the actual amount of water used instead of just time is such a good one—we’re passing it along to our product team. And yes, a gentle water-and-vinegar rinse is a lovely way to keep the reservoir fresh; thank you for sharing that tip with everyone.🥰
