Great experience so far
Great experience so far with these filters! I have noticed some "floaties" in my water when I'm reaching the end of my Stanley cup, possibly from the ice. My house is brand new, so it could just be the lines. I do find that the water tasted great when i first changed them, then got a little chloriney. Could totally be our water system's treatment. Overall good experience! Easy to put in!

Tastes great but not quite perfect
I purchased a set of water filters for my GE Profile refrigerator, which features an internal autofill water pitcher. The coconut shell carbon block does an excellent job of filtering out the chlorine taste of our tap water here in Idaho. My only quibble is that the compartment door for the filter, located in the refrigerator door, protrudes out a tiny bit due to the circumference of the Glacier Fresh filter being slightly larger than that of the OEM GE water filter. Fortunately, the bottles and jars stored in the door hide the bulge. Otherwise, my OCD would have me searching for a better replacement right away.
Review update 7/1/2025: Glacier Fresh contacted me about the fitment of their water filter and sent me their latest revision, which is slightly thinner. Now the filter cover panel closes without any issues. Still not 100% perfect because 1 of the 3 filters shipped to me had a chip error that my refrigerator detected immediately after installation. The good news is that the company's customer service team responded quickly to the problem.

I must say I was a little sceptic at…
I must say I was a little sceptic at first not receiving this order for over a month. It was stuck at fedX. But in the end customer service always replied and said it would finally come and I would be pleased. So finally I got the water filters and they added an another set of 3! So I’m very happy with the customer service and it all worked out! Thank you!

Prefer a box for shipping.
We have a number of water coolers, so the holiday discount on filters was a nice surprise. So far, no issue with quality. However, we were concerned about the large plastic bag our order of 10 sets of 2 was shipped in. Luck alone prevented the contents from being damaged (beyond a couple of dented boxes). Next time we might not be so lucky. Hopefully, Glacier will ship in a sturdier container for future orders.

Excellent price, too soon to say about quality
Excellent price, product seems fine. Time will tell how well this unauthorized replacement filter works, but it was soooo much cheaper than the official LG fridge water filter that I figured I'd give it a shot. I appreciate that it's NSF certified as a carbon filter. Product arrived two weeks after I ordered, which was mildly annoying but not really a problem.

Satisfied customer support experience.
I ordered 3 filters for our Fridge. Only one came. I wrote to customer support asking about the rest of the shipment showing the order for 3. They sent 2 more shortly thereafter. Was very glad they delivered as promised. I appreciate companies who respond to the customers communications promptly.
