Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review — we truly appreciate it! 😊 We’re glad you chose the U03 system for its simple, electricity‑free design and that it fit perfectly under your sink. That’s exactly what we intended. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the installation instructions — that’s incredibly helpful. We’re always working to make our guides clearer for everyone, especially for those new to plumbing. Your suggestion about having a helper to hold the faucet is a great tip for others, too! And thank you for your patience during the initial water testing phase — we’re so glad our customer service team was able to work with you to get everything dialed in. It means a lot to know that our team was responsive and helpful when you needed it. Thank you again for trusting Glacier Fresh. We’re honored to have you as part of our community!
