Thank you so much for sharing your honest experience with us – and for your incredible kindness. We’re truly sorry that the filters didn’t work with your GE refrigerator, especially with the RFID chip technology. We know how disappointing that must have been after ordering four filters with hope and trust in us. At the same time, we are deeply grateful for your warm words about our customer service team. Knowing that we were able to support you with a full refund and a caring response means more to us than you know. 💙 Your feedback helps us grow and improve. We never want our customers to feel left without a solution, and we’re so glad our team could be there for you when things didn’t go as planned. If we can ever help you again in the future – with a compatible filter or any other question – please don’t hesitate to reach out. We would love the chance to serve you better. Thank you again for your understanding, your honesty, and your trust.
