I’m happy with their program and the outcome. Resolution was quicker than anticipated (roughly seven months) and saved me a considerable amount of $ on debts owed. Their partnership with New Credit America for a “payoff” loan appears to be working out as well which should greatly assist with credit reporting and rebuilding. I would recommend Glacier Bay for their services.

Glacier Bay Law really dropped the ball with my debt consolidation. They focused on accounts with lower balances that they felt like needed more negotiation while two of my accounts with higher balances decided to take me to court. Now I'm stuck with applying for personal loans paying more money when the reason I went with Glacier bay was to avoid this from happening. I am so upset this whole situation makes no sense and should not be happening right now. I feel so disappointed and defeated.
