I was doubtful doing this. I was nervous and kind of scared to be honest. Glacier Bay was the best thing I could’ve done. I was always kept up to date and when I needed answers I was treated with respect and got everything I needed. Special thanks to Melissa Duran. She is knowledgeable, uplifting, and kind. I hope they know how lucky they are to have her on their team!!!
