I purchased a figure off their website weeks went by without so much as a confirmed shipping email, so I emailed their support I got a response pretty fast that my order was out of stock and that I would be issued a refund, months later no refund in sight and not a single response from customer service no matter how many follow up emails are sent

Trying to get in touch with anyone for updates is almost impossible, the updates are few and far between and after you pay it feels like you've just spent a lot of money on something not legitimate. The figurine was in good condition thankfully when it did arrive after multiple delays in production which I had to dig around for an email to contact the company abou; receiving brief, vague and unprofessional responses to.

SCAM COMPANY. I preordered a figure in 2023, and still have not received it. They have ignored all my emails when I asked for an update or requested a refund. Unfortunately I am no longer able to charge-back due to how long ago this was. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.
