Got a broken figure. They said they will contact the studio and update me after. Its been one year now and im still waiting. They have to give me some kind of refund. And whatsapp/email doesnt work. No answers until now

I did not receive my figure, release date were supposed to be Q2 2024, any kind of communication is slow. I do not think i will see it or my money. I will update my review if i get more info.

Nobody seems to answer emails anymore about orders from two years ago. I think the lack of communication alone is worth avoiding this site. Don't bother.

It’s been about a year now and I have yet to receive my order. Everytime I email them I always get the order is being processed. When I asked for a refund I was told they were out on holiday cause of the lunar new year. This was back in January of 2025. Will never trust this vendor and do not recommend them. I am out over $100 since it’s past the time limit to dispute it.
