Easy for this Senior
It was easy for this Senior to go through the Selling process online. I had a box to send it in, but could have requested a box from Gizmogo. Sending it back was also simple. I used USPS and just left in my mailbox. The mailperson picked it up, I know because I saw them pick up. Payment was about 1 1/2 weeks later. They were/are VERY GOOD at responding to emails. Most of mine were responded to in less than 1/2 an hour. I will use Gizmogo in the future, they won't buy none working items, BUT it is a Great, Safe and Free way to Recycle. It was a extra feature that they were local to me. Got the name from a story on the KTLA News Rich on Tech.

Highly recommend
Shipping of box was fast shipping of phone was fast. Payment was 2 business days. Very happy with Gizmogo.

Super easy, no headaches
They give you a label, you mail it, they pay. Super easy and no hassle way of getting rid of your unwanted devices.

I appreciate Gizmogo's effort to reduce e-waste!
I appreciate Gizmogo's effort to reduce e-waste. I have used Gizmogo to sell/recycle around 10 phones over the past several years. Each interaction has been a positive experience. The pricing for the devices has seemed fair. The process to return is simple. The review of my returned devices has been quick. My interactions with Customer Service have been excellent. Overall, selling your used electronics (phones, tablets, laptops & game consoles) for cash is an easy process with Gizmogo!

Company is a scam
Company is a scam. I worked as an Apple authorized repair technician for almost 3 years. I bought an iPhone for $600 from BackMarket that came from Gizmogo and the display is fake, the back is fake and I'm assuming most of the parts inside are fake. Putting on a fake display on any iPhone 11 or newer is such a boldly dumb move because the phone itself will tell you that it's a fake and you can not set up FaceID. iPhone put this process into place by running a calibration after a display replacement that verifies the authenticity of the display. When you go to their reviews on the website, all the reviews are raves and probably fake because they sound like they were written by a marketer or publicist for the company. Do not buy from here.

Hello, we are tremendously sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't great. Claiming that you worked for Apple as authorized repair personnel, you must know that obtaining OLED screens are near impossible unless you are the company Apple themselves. The parts that we use during the refurbishment process do pass the seller standards per Back Market and we are also an authorized Apple reseller. We do our best to make sure the products we sell are in the best condition possible because we want to sell products to our customers that leave them feeling happy, never the opposite. Again, we can't apologize enough for this experience you had.
