UPDATED
I attempted to sell an Apple Pencil for $19.17. It was in damn good shape. It had no missing parts. After they evaluated it they wanted to pay me nothing because it was missing the tip of the Apple Pencil. When I sent the Apple Pencil in it had the tip. They are liars. UPDATE: Since emailing them they have agreed to honor the $19.17 since they lost the tip.

Fair prices and Good Service
The website is easy to use and I would say the prices they give are fair. Customer service is quite good, however, it can sometimes take a few days for them to rate the quality of something you send them, as happened to me.
