I wanted to gift myself a perfume from Armani, which I bought solely off the great reviews it has. I patiently waited and to my dissapointment the smell was tooo strong for me and exasperated my migraine headache. I tried re wearing it again as some reviews said it takes a while to get used to but still same issue, it just was not for me. I contacted customer support for help in returning it, they wouldn't accept so I asked for a refund or a partial refund and they refused even in store credit. And mind you they took so long to reply and didn't reply to my emails that I had to resubmit another ticket. It's as if they were ignoring, horrible customer service. Really didn't want to write this review but now I just got a bottle of perfume just there for decoration. I'm extremely dissapointed, if you ever want to order don't expect much because you won't get any help from customer service. I hoped that I'd come to a solution as I'm eyeing the stuff I got as sample with my box but nope, now nevering order again unless they fix my issue. I'm literally so upset, was not expected from a high quality company like Armani's:(.

Horrible , Absolutely horrible experience I purchased a fathers day set for my husband for fathers day and it has been almost one month and a half ago and i had to chat with customer services twice for it to be shipped out "supposedly" because of inventory issues BOTH times, after couple of days of no status changing on tracking label i was told it got lost and finally i gave up and requesting a refund - im dissappointed because i was excited for the product but its the absolute worst service i have received placing an order online

Horrible customer service. I was sent a damaged cologne. I emailed customer service 4 times and called customer service twice. Never received any responses to my emails. When I called I was on hold for over a hour and then the line would disconnect. I'm never buying from Armani beauty again and its sad because I love their fragrances just wish they had better customer service who actually responds. The craziest part is I wrote a review on their website and received a response informing me that my review was moderated and not accepted. How about responding to my first 4 emails Armani?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered my product over two weeks ago. The item hasn't even shipped yet. The only way I know that is because I had to contact customer service nearly every day before I got in contact with someone. Completely ghosted on me, not sure if I'll ever receive my order...

Do they deliver product to Armenia?

Very bad customer service, received wrong order, trying to solve it for 2 weeks, no one is responding at one point I was told we don't have your order, I sent receipt and pictures of wrong merchandise via email got email from them that they are investigating After few days they said no email in the system and if manager approve you will get the product I never had so many problems with any other companies

Receives wrong items in shipment or missing items in shipment, horrible and condescending customer service, orders cancelled without customer’s acknowledgement, brushing away issues as if they did not occur. Overall not a trustworthy business.
