Purchased a gift set of Armani perfume men To replace the set that I bought in Macys. The smell will not last for 1 hour compare to the Macys last at least for 4 to 6 hours End up have to buy another set in Macys

Placed order they shipped it to a total wrong address, they said they can’t change the address or cancel the order.. just a scam I had to dispute the charge, customer service is the worst.

Tried ordering perfume and kept getting error.. looked at credit card transactions and I was charged 7 times for the order.. Called CS and was advised by Viviana that I would have to wait 72 for a supervisor to get back to me.. I am so disappointed I have loved this brand for years.. They have lost a customer.. Let’s pray I get refunded the $1000 they charged my CC.

I am very disappointed with Armani My Way perfume it last only 2h and its smells different than the tester.... I wouldn't buy it again as it remains after while toilet air freshener....

I would give them no stars if I could. Luminous silk is a great foundation, However after ordering it my shade went on back order, then they cancelled it. They have yet to refund my money. It has been 2 months. The rep said it’s still processing. Then she put me on hold and never came back. I really like their foundation, but their customer service and refund process is terrible.

I just received My Gorgio Armani ‘ MyWay’ Perfume and I really love the floral / fruity scent . It stays on for hours and has a nice summer fresh scent Hope to enjoy it for months to come . Bought the 3 oz , so should last. Will be purchasing the refills Extremely happy .
