If I could leave a - 10 I would. Very disappointed . Pizzas arrived thawed and warm. No wrapping to indicated dry ice was in the styrofoam container . Dangerous way to ship food cross country.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. They sent me a box of ice!! I’ve filed claims and emailed the email they give you to multiple times. Sent picture of my empty box and all I get is an AI Bot that tells me they are “escalating” my claim. Their “protection” company that paid extra for says it is not their department because the company never sent the product in the first place. So I email ship@giordanos again to tell them it is their responsibility, But then nothing happens and the bot stops responding. I’ve asked for phone numbers because none are shown online or on my order. Just this one email manned by a Bot, that all it does is tell me that someone will get back to me “quickly” or “shortly” or “as quickly as possible”. I’m going in circles. I’m frustrated.

So, yeah, I grew up in streamwwod and moved to NC, felt like ordering some for a party that we were having. And we've ordered them in the past, and they do not have enough sauce on them in general. The last time we ordered the sauce was free but its been a while.. You can actually see the cheese through the top. When you cook it and it doesn't have enough sauce it causes the cheese to bubble up. So we ordered extra sauce. A 2 oz packet of sauce was $8, so we got 6 pizzas $180. So I ordered 4 sauces. I only got two and the two that I got were not enough for even one and a half pizzas. Which is funny because you watch the video where they make the pizzas on Facebook. And they cover the entire top with sauce. And that's not how the pizzas come, and if you're at the restaurant you can ask for extra sauce and they don't charge you anything. It's kind of ridiculous.How expensive they try to make the sauce which makes the entire pizza. We won't be ordering it again.

frozen pizza shipped was thawed, not cold to the touch, broken crusts and not enough sauce on top, it was flimsy and oozing even after 40 minutes in oven at 350 as instructed. I would not buy again, and their customer service says well policy says its good and did nothing after waiting a week for a reply.

This is an absolute lying, deceptive piece of crap provider!!! Site says 55 minutes delivery. After 2 hours we call and they say another 45 minutes! Absurd! We drove 7 hrs did not want to go out to eat. We won’t make same mistake in Las Vegas !

wow. I ordered for easter, as I thought it would be fun to have cool pizza for dinner from Chicago. I ordered on the 16th of April, paid 160$, and they said I would have it on the 18th. Never came. I emailed (they had no phone number) on the 18th, and they did not return until Monday, the 21st. I said I no longer wanted the pizza, but she said I was too late, and they sent it out anyway on that Monday. I pleaded that I no longer wanted it, and they would not take no for an answer. So, here I am, still with no pizza, and paid 160$. Super bad customer service. Can't believe they are in business. I would recommend any other avenue. Good luck, and take my advice!

Long time customer. I just unsubscribed from this company due to not honoring discount codes. They send me emails with discount codes. When you try and use them, they do not work. They have worked in the past. When I contacted this company's customer service, all they give is excuses. Do NOT buy from Giordano's online. This is a scam to get you to look with discount codes, only for the codes to come up invalid. I have unsubscribed from any future emails from this company and blocked this web-site from my server. There are many other online company's that have similar products that are more reputable than this company.
