Love my Mexican fire opal earrings. Absolutely stunning. However, when arrived one had been damaged. Emailed them and they sent me a new pair. Awesome customer service!!!!! Will buy from them again.

Difficult to reach via email. I finally was able to get the 800 number by Googling it and the representative was a vile, utterly rude human being who never listened to me and hung up the phone on me after I tried to confirm the things I shared with her on phone. I never received any assistance for what I was needing help for and I will make sure I tell people I know to never shop here if this is the type of rudeness and vile piece of crap they are as humans.

I adore the ring I ordered. The only thing that makes this four stars instead of five is that the photography of the ring online is a significantly different shade.

Great quality, I took advantage of their amazing sale and am so pleased with the two, 2ct diamond bands I bought. I spent almost 6x less than I did on my other 2ct band from Blue Nile.
