Bought an item online a couple of months ago and it was much smaller than anticipated. Reached out to the company to initiate a return and received no response.

Ruby and diamond ring broke in less than a year. Even though there was a warranty from gin and grace on Amazon, the company said they couldn't do anything and they would notify Amazon. I have yet to hear anything from Amazon and that ring was not cheap.

I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for weeks to process my return and now we are getting close to the return window closing. Very frustrated.

I ordered a ring from Gin and Grace that was advertised as 10K gold, but upon receiving it, I realized it is clearly costume jewelry. The product description on their website is completely misleading, claiming the ring is solid gold when it is not. To make matters worse, their website prominently states "free shipping and returns" and a "60-day return policy", yet they have been completely unresponsive to my repeated attempts to initiate a return. I have sent more than 8 emails, and not only have I received no reply, but I am now receiving delivery failure notifications, which suggests my emails are being blocked. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a company that advertises high-quality jewelry and customer satisfaction. I feel deceived by their false claims about product quality and their failure to honor their stated return policy. If someone from Gin and Grace reads this, I demand you contact me immediately to provide instructions for returning this product and issue a full refund. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from this company, as their product descriptions and customer service are not trustworthy.

I ordered a ring from Amazon and returned it to Amazon. They received it on August 12th. Despite numerous calls and promise that my return would b processed immediately 30 days later I still did not receive my return. Terrible customer service. Beware of this company! I had wanted to order something else but cannot until I am refunded

I ordered two rings. One arrived quickly, and it’s beautiful. The other has yet to arrive, despite numerous attempts to reach customer service. No response from customer service. Very upset and still awaiting my ring.

Difficult to reach via email. I finally was able to get the 800 number by Googling it and the representative was a vile, utterly rude human being who never listened to me and hung up the phone on me after I tried to confirm the things I shared with her on phone. I never received any assistance for what I was needing help for and I will make sure I tell people I know to never shop here if this is the type of rudeness and vile piece of crap they are as humans.
