Looks like a legitimate website but they have gone out of business. Ordered some Brooks Brothers frames as a replacement for my currently aging prescription frames. The Item never shipped. My e-mails to customer service went un answered and the phone line which says they are open M-f 9-5 was never once open and no one ever took my call. Waited 3 weeks for a shipping confirmation that never came. ITS A SCAM!!!!

I’ve reached out numerous times to get an update on my order with no response

I never received my order

Order placed +3 weeks ago with expedited shipment (5-10 days). No tracking no given although it was promised once shipped. Tried to reach multiple times via mail, contact form & phone. No answer, but I was asked to review my experience, so here it is.

No update on my purchase and have sent an email to check with customer service

I have not received my item. I sent 2 requests for an update and did not get a response. I paid for expedited shipping but am still waiting

No customer service response or fulfillment after almost a month and several inquiries about my order.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of glasses totaling over $400 a month ago & they have yet to arrive. No tracking number ever came. I've reached out to GimmeShades multiple times via site, phone, & email over the last several weeks-absolutely no response.
