I saw the "Giggle Finance" advertisement online and as usual I thought it was just another ploy to get my information but "NO", "THEY ARE LEGIT!" After a few clicks and a minor verification process of income, my advance was in my account "FAST!" CUSTOMER SERVICE-Outstanding COMMUNICATION- "On point, No worries!" EASE OF USE- Easy No penalties for early pay-off! "Love it!" "Would recommend to All, who are eligible!"

Great experience overall, period. Best experience a business owner like myself could have during his first year of business. Dealt with a lot of other lenders who did t seem to c are e about my business well being and the future of my business, but focused on how they can get me the most amount of money possible with an extremely high interest rate. That’s not helping a business. That’s guiding a business owner to commit business suicide. Giggle finance staff was extremely interested in my future plans and how a business loan would benefit me instead of hurt me. They made some suggestions and we came to an agreement that it wouldn’t be beneficial to take about a big loan but instead start smaller and build my business reputation and credit. After two loans I can safely say that I trust giggle finance staff to get me the best deal possible and not set me up for failure which is easy to do when starting out new. I would like to thank the staff for their honesty and integrity, because without those two qualities you wouldn’t drive this huge marketing campaign known as “word of mouth Marketing”, which is the best vehicle any business can operate. And it’s completely free if you know how to handle it. So please give goggle finance a chance to prove and back up my testament. I can only say wow, what a team to have on your side through easy and tough times.

My experience with Giggle was great overall. It took a little longer to get funded but nothing major. Mike was friendly on my call so no complaints with customer service. My one downside was the loan was not reported to either credit bureau which was my whole purpose of getting the loan. I would reach out for another loan if needed. If you're on the fence about a loan, just go ahead and give them a try.

It was seamless. They gave me the terms, I agreed, everything went smoothly. The people are friendly and accommodating. Good stuff.

Communication with this company is horrible. I paid off my first loan with them and was offered another loan with a higher amount and lower fees. I was told not to apply online again, everything would be done through text message. They told me they had a high demand of re-contracts, and would put me in a queue, so someone would reach out to me within a few days. I didn't hear back from anyone until 14 days later. I tried to sign my contract that same day, but the website was having technical issues. I informed them about the issue. They said someone would reach out. No one ever did. I've reached out four times over the past month, and still haven't gotten a response.

Giggle Finance helped me with a small business loan when no one else would help since I am self employed. Easy application process, great customer service!
