Originally I was told that I was pre-approved for a $700 loan and all I had to submit was a copy of my bank statement proof of employment and my driver's license then I was told that they needed a 1099 for my contract then I submitted the 1099 then they needed a copy of my payment screen then I submitted the payment screen then they needed a copy of my contract with my companies I was told to submit so much information for $700 then I was treated like a complete piece of crap they disrespected me they got nasty with me they use derogatory language with me I can't understand how this company is still in business they need a definitely retrain their customer service reps in America if you want respect you have to give respect

Said same-day funding in minutes, then absolutely quit responding and did not fund as agreed. We were being charged a fee for this instant funding, then immediately told there was a huge queue, and they would get to it when they had time.

We were told we were approved for funding a week ago. They asked for my deposit information and I told my staff they would be paid. Their portal doesn't function correctly and there's no one to speak with. A week goes by and I'm told we were rejected. Stay away from this clown show.

Do not use! They only approve loans they can make BIG money on. Do not use this company for anything other than venting your turrets syndrome. LENDIO or literally any other entity is a better choice. PLEASE LISTEN

I was a returning customer, despite the fact they ALWAYS tried to withdrawal my payment on Sundays, before my direct deposit cleared. I was trying to consolidate and pay off some other debts. Once approved, provided/confirmed repayment account & debit card and signed the contract (just like all of the other times). Based on that information, I made the necessary arrangements & payments on the other debts, only to find out I was denied after the fact. SCAM!! if you choose this route, make sure the money is there BEFORE you make plans for its use!!! This is the worst business practice on the net!! And absolutely horrible, unfeeling uncaring customer service!! I'm upset that they have all of my information and now it is not being used for the purpose it was intended!!

A SCAM!! I completed an application, connected my bank account via plaid, received an APPROVAL and was asked to enter my debit card information AND signed a contract. After all of this only to receive an email hours later that I could not be funded. Why collect so much personal information if I couldn’t be approved?? This is the only time I’ve ever worked with a company that gathered all of your information to only end up denying you. STAY AWAY from this shady company

This is a predatory loan company; they offer small, short term loans with an extremely high interest rate. It is what it is. It used to be decent. But recently, they have been approving loans for a certain amount, having me sign the paperwork, then either failed to send the funds and claimed my “application expired”or sent me a “sorry, we can’t fund you right now” email — this is after approval and signing. It feels extremely deceptive and makes me wonder if they are running out of funds on their end.
