Giggle Finance is there to help entrepreneurs, small businesses, etc. to excel and are professional and communicate with you. I highly recommend them. I completed a loan with them and have this gone back to them a 2nd time. Very professional and responsive.

I have driven for Lyft, Uber, and do Flex for about 3 years now. I average about 30 to 40 hours a week with my full time job. I have applied 3 times to the "made for gig workers" program to be rejected 3 times. I finally had to obtain an approval from my local bank, Chase. I think maybe Giggle got this one wrong - it appears where the relationship is at is what matters.

Monday June 15th, a Giggle Finance employee named Leslie congratulated me for paying off a second loan, then invited me to renew with a lower interest longer-term loan. I expressed interest & was told the process would take three weeks. On June 20, Leslie sent the following text; “I know they've been moving at a rapid pace but I think it might be another week for you. If I'm able to expedite, I will.” On July 28th (5+ weeks later), Leslie wrote; “Thank you for your continued patience while waiting for additional financing. We experienced significant delays due to customer demand. We are hoping to fund you soon and we will reach out to you as soon as we're ready.” On August 1st, Leslie wrote; “…there were delays with the funding department and the queue is being followed. You should be hearing from them any day now.” Update. Giggle staff declined me after writing this review stating; “We noticed the review you left, and I understand how you feel about the renewal process but if you feel so negatively about Giggle that you wish to post negatively online you should probably find another financial services company to work with.”

I have had two loans with Giggle and both lending rates were excellent and the personell were more than gracious with their help throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to work with them again on another loan. I highly recommend Giggle for your financial needs
