1. appreciate how swiftly giggle finance funded me. One problem I ran too with giggle was the company did not update my bank information when I requested it. Giggle used an old bank account to calculate the amount of funding I received. I updated my bank information before applying and this account was still used to determine funding. I barely used that account. Due to this error I was under funded. 2.I received a second round of funding. Before receiving my second round, giggle stated clients who complete all on time payments Would receive a larger amount of money with better terms. That was not the case I received less than half the money my second round. 3.giggle finance does not have a live person to speak to. To answer your Questions. When making a phone call your transferred to an automated system that cannot answer your questions. Afterwards the automated system hangs up on you.

After having multiple paid off loans with the Giggle company. I wasn’t allotted my 3rd approved funding due to past communications telling the company to stop asking me to take out more loans when I didn’t need anymore at that time. Don’t use giggle finance, the customer should always be right.

Fast and trustworthy

The first loan process went wondeful. Even had a phone call from someone exclaiming how they wanted to be there for me and I could call anytime I needed anything. My second loan went ok until my account at Chase was compromised and it was out of my control and I had to update banking information with Giggle. Then the $(:? started to roll down hill. Finally made it through that loan after having some very difficult conversations and being limited to nothing but text messages. I had one phone call to resolve the bank update from who was supposedly their accounting person and she was almost blaming me for the issue. When I applied for the third loan they basically said they were not going to lend to me because during those heated discussions I made mention I would do what I am doing now and write a review on my experience. When they mentioned this it was almost like they were telling me I wasnt allowed to do this as a consumer. But it is every consumers right to write a review. They told me to wait until January as they wanted a “cool off” period. Great - I did my part. Today - I am told in January they still are not going to give me a third loan. Someone at that company is booty hurt and holding it against the consumer. Nothing in their contract nor my payment histort would give any reason to not approve me. If they are a reputable company wanting to grow their company then they would not be treating good paying customers as they have myself or others that have experienced similar experiences. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Supposedly they have 1000’s of customers but something says otherwise like the multitude of fake Google Reviews that if you research are very evident to be fake. Good bye Giggle! You definitely do not make those of us that have figured you out Giggle.

My experience was smooth and the money came in within 24-48 hrs! I was able to keep business flowing with no issues.
