I'll give three stars because they're an option when people have few. But like any last resort options -- which this company definitely is, you're going to get stuck with terms that basically suck. You're paying a huge amount of interest for a short term loan and, worse, saddling yourself with weekly repayments. Which is usually the last thing that a cash strapped business needs to be dealing with. So before you agree to the loan, really think through if that's something that's realistic. And like many of the other reviews have mentioned, these people seriously have the customer service skills of an autistic back alley loan shark with a chip on their shoulder. It's all text messages. And if your morning payment doesn't go go through on schedule, prepare to be berated, put down, threatened, and receive messages every few hours. Other than that, they're great.

They were supposed to fund my account 5 days ago and it never got funded. I have proof with my bank transactions. They are wanting to take payments out of my account, which would be fine if I was actually funded. Their terrible customer service is saying I was funded but I was not. Don’t use them, there are better options out there that actually have customer service to speak to. I have called and texted only to get a response that they did fund me. If they did I would be contacting them. They ghost you and don’t even look into the issue. It really is a scam and terrible company and now they get to debit my account every week and I have no way to stop it and no way to contact anyone to actually get my loan funded. Most reviews on this site are fake and written by them it seems. Go online and research and see the real reviews. Update: after paying them an extra fee to get money right away, they took a whole week to deposit money. Their customer service doesn’t answer you until you threaten them with a lawyer. Beware and stay away from this lender.

They really have their act together

Too many issues. Unable to talk to anyone. Very frustrating. Tried to cancel, but funding finally went through.
