I had mixed feelings about my experience with Giggle Finance. The application process was quick, and I received my funding fast, which I really appreciated. However, my experience went downhill afterward. I was initially offered a discounted early payoff option that was only valid for 30 days. When I contacted the company to take advantage of the early payout, the option had been removed from the website. Since then, I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and haven’t received a response. Before I mentioned wanting to pay off my advance early, they responded promptly, but communication completely stopped afterward. I also found the fees to be extremely high. I had planned to pay off my advance early and borrow from them again, but because of the lack of customer service and communication, I’ve changed my mind. Once I’ve finished paying off this advance, I won’t be using Giggle Finance again. The fast funding was a plus, but reliable customer support is just as important, and unfortunately, that was missing in my experience.

**One Star** I had a very negative experience with Giggle Finance. In my opinion, the application process felt predatory and misleading. I applied for business funding and was led to believe I may be able to get a loan or funding offer. During the process, I was asked to provide personal and business information and connect my bank account. After giving access to that sensitive information, my application was denied. This made me very uncomfortable because the company obtained my personal, business, financial, and banking information, but I did not receive the funding I was seeking. I now want my bank connection fully disconnected, my application deleted, my personal and business information removed, and my information not sold, shared, or used for marketing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Be very careful before giving them access to your bank account or sensitive business information.

Customer service was the rudest I’ve ever experienced. Now even though I’ve repaid I’m banned because I wasn’t going to be talked to like they did.

Scam they would charge you a lot of interest that they didn’t tell you about & snatch money out your account

Borrowered paid back 180% extra in 60 days then denied for future loans lol

I applied for a very expensive $2500 loan. They asked for copies of individual IRS Form 1099 to be emailed to them. I never gave them money or received a letter of decline. But, I gave them a wealth of personal information that is circling the globe as we speak.

They will pull a RCC from your account if you miss a payment. It's not best practice to do business with them because they are very difficult to deal with and only work through text. Even after being paid off for $2600 plus they will pull money after several months. Horrible experience after working with them for many years.
