Hi, we're sorry you had trouble downloading your video — that's frustrating, especially when it's a gift you're excited to share. Please reach out to our support team with your order number and we'll send you a direct download link right away, or walk you through saving it on your device (some phones handle video downloads a bit differently). Your song and video are yours to keep, and we'll make sure you get them. 💙

The song was amazing, delivery wasn't
The song was amazing. The delivery was not. I downloaded the song to my computer and sent it via whatsapp (it worked perfectly on my end) and he couldn't open it, which ruined the moment. I had to send it again and again. Then by email several times. 7th time it worked. Not the experience I was hoping for. I wanted something seamless and immediate and we had to disconnect several times during our call to try and to click and open and whatnot. Moment ruined completely.

Hi, we're so sorry the delivery ruined the moment — that's the part that matters most, and reading this genuinely hurts. Video files sent through messaging apps can get compressed or fail to open on some devices, which is why we recommend sharing the gift reveal link instead: the recipient just taps it and the song plays right in their browser, no downloads needed. We'll work on making this clearer so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you for the kind words about the song, and please contact us — we'd like to make it up to you.
