Great website! On time delivery and all the items were made with good quality material. Printing was also spot on. Will definitely shop again from giftsvibe and recommend them to others.

It was the first time I ever ordered anything from this site and I will be returning to make future purchases. The item came just as purchased. Love this site!

I ordered 2 Christmas mugs, one came broken in 4 pieces. I could not download a picture and by the time I did it was too late. I emailed this company the day it arrived broken and they would not help me. So I spent $25.00 on a broken mug. I contacted them immediately but could not speak to a representative. This was the first and last time I would buy from this company. The only way to reach them is by email so if you are not experienced with computers, don't waste your time or money with this company. Terrible customer service. Peggy Karver
