Wow what can I say, ordered a personalised ‘proposal’ song for my partner of 6 years, (a song for Sarah) ahead of getting down on one knee on our mini break away in South Wales. I included lots of memories we’ve made so far, our own little love story, which were translated into the song perfectly. I was blown away and left speechless with how amazing the final recording was, you’ve truely created something so special for us, and myself and my now fiancée listen to it every morning! Stopped replying when I requested a refund, did not refund me although their policy is to refund no questions asked.

Unfortunately, my request was not acknowledged, and the song was still produced and delivered. I would like to make it clear that: My cancellation request was made promptly and in good faith I did not consent to the work proceeding after my cancellation I am dissatisfied with both the product and the lack of customer service Given these circumstances, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider pursuing this matter further through my payment provider and relevant consumer protection channels.
