Scam scam No song received ask for a refund and no reply

Got a song with the wording wrong. Emailed loads and getting ignored. Easter off £40

Stopped replying when I requested a refund, did not refund me although their policy is to refund no questions asked.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing regarding my recent order for a personalised song, for which I paid £39.99. I requested cancellation of this order within minutes of making the payment. Unfortunately, my request was not acknowledged, and the song was still produced and delivered. I would like to make it clear that: My cancellation request was made promptly and in good faith I did not consent to the work proceeding after my cancellation I am dissatisfied with both the product and the lack of customer service Given these circumstances, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider pursuing this matter further through my payment provider and relevant consumer protection channels. I look forward to your prompt response. Yours faithfully, N. Massoud Receipt #1231-8076
