I had an excellent experience with the gifting process, especially the professional interaction with Alyssa Bell, Corporate Gift Expert. The attention and services she provided was way beyond my expectations! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is for you to improve the platform to be more transparent in terms of the gifting process - allowing us to see whether the gift was received and redeemed and even what type of gift was chosen. This is how we work with Loop & Tie in other regions.
