Gifts.comReviews of gifts.com

i have been trading from 3 years and found gft really good . The best thing is that they allow most of the crypto coins to trade and less slippage also. this is the best prop firm i have ever trade on.

You never get the gift card. Reach out to customer support…crickets.

Thank you gifts.com for nothing!! I paid to have delivery by 12/20. Got nothing. This gift is for my dying client. I still don’t have it on 12/23. You ruined what I hoped would be his best gift ever. Thanks for nothing!!

I placed an order with gifts.com. On November 26, 2024 to be delivered to my sister in Columbus Ohio. She never received it. When I contacted the company, they said they would send another one after review and send me an email never happened. So I contacted them again. They claim it’s under advisement. We’re not trust this company again I’ve used them before never had a problem until now, the customer service department and Ai Needs to be reevaluated.

They are frauds. Take payment and no delivery saying it’s in their terms and conditions s and I ask them for answers on live chat. No reply. No product. Fraud… stay well clear. Lost my money

These people are ripoffs. I've used them two times. They've taken my money and have not sent the gift card to the person I requested they send it to. Customer service was non-existent. Their argumentative and told me they had delivered the product which they had not. I had to have American Express resolve the issue for me. Don't ever use these people they are horrible.

My order never arrived; it said on the way for weeks after the expected delivery date. Eventually I contacted and decided on a replacement vs a refund. Now when I check on my order status in the app, it says I have no orders! It had been over a month of this headache. Do not order from here!
