It’s a terrible platform
It’s a terrible platform. Have had so many issues as a user/receiver and their customer service was not helpful at all when I reached out because I had been unable to access gift cards I’d been sent for over a month. I literally ended up losing access to $125 and they indicated there was nothing they could do about it, nor would they disclose what happened to the $125 (returned to purchaser, retained by giftronaut, etc). I can’t recommend a platform that doesn’t support its users or issues with redemption.
