I purchased an iTunes gift card this morning. I had difficulties in receiving it via email. Jim in customer support was very helpful. For each difficulty I had, he came up with a possible solution until it was resolved.

I used Giftnix for the first time and the code i received did not work. Immediately I was thinking ugh i got scammed... However, I contacted support and received a response immediately. After verifying a couple pieces of information they sent me a replacement and it worked. The customer service was extremely helpful and quick to service! Even though the first code i received didn't work (It's bound to happen with ecode cards once in a while) I will definitely be using their services again now I know they have great customer service! So it was my first time using Game Card Delivery and being from Jamaica and not having a U.S credit card, its always been super difficult for me to get Playstation Cards but when I found this site and how secure and easy and swift everything was, I was in love. I will never order from this website again. They charged my account but refused to send me my card until I sent them s picture of my drivers license. Very suspect behavior for an online purchase! I cancelled my order and still waiting for a refund.
