If I can put 0 stars, that would be my rating. This is the second time I received the incorrect needles from them. The first time, I spoke with a representative who knew her job and got replacements to me next day. This time, I was on hold for 30 minutes, spoke with a supervisor Amber, who by the way hung up in my face as I expressed my dissatisfaction; told my I probably won’t get my needles until Thursday because of the holiday, yet it was the company fault I received the wrong needles. The customer service was very poor and there was consideration for me as the customer when the error was not on, but the company! I am very dissatisfied and have asked my doctor for other options, because I refuse to give my money to someone who treats their customers that way! I see why the ratings are so poor! This is beyond ridiculous to treat people the I was treated. The calls recorded, so they say, so listen to it! A supervisor should never hang up on a customer. I was professional, but I have right to express my dissatisfaction, especially when their error caused me to miss a dose of my medication. This company needs a shift and better customer service ASAP!

Do not use Gifthealth if you have ANY OTHER option
I didn’t choose Gifthealth. My physician prescribed a medication whose manufacturer uses Gifthealth as part of its fulfillment process, so I ended up dealing with them by default. After my experience, I strongly encourage anyone prescribed a medication fulfilled through Gifthealth to have it fulfilled ANYWHERE else.
I spent three days and well over two hours on the phone trying to resolve what began as a relatively minor issue. I repeatedly called because I wanted to make sure I understood and complied with their processes. Instead, nearly every conversation created more confusion.
I received contradictory information from different representatives, was repeatedly transferred between departments and organizations, and heard some variation of “we don’t handle that,” “that’s another department,” or “let me transfer you” over and over again. Information confidently provided by one representative would be contradicted by the next, and important requirements were communicated only after multiple previous conversations in which they were never mentioned.
And to put all of this in perspective: I have not even taken the medication yet. Not a single dose.
There was no adverse reaction, medical emergency, complicated treatment issue, or anything else that should have required this level of effort. A relatively minor administrative issue before my first dose resulted in three days and hours of phone calls simply because Gifthealth could not provide clear, consistent information. If this is what happens when something small goes wrong, I have absolutely no confidence in what would happen if I ever needed their help with an actual medication issue.
There appears to be very little continuity of communication within the company and/or between the company and the manufacturer. Representatives do not seem to have adequate access to previous conversations, departments do not communicate effectively, and the patient is left trying to determine who handles what and which instructions are actually correct. Escalating to supervisors was no better in my experience. They were even more dismissive and adversarial.
I am a highly skilled professional and a medically complicated patient who has spent years navigating specialists, injectable medications, and specialty/direct pharmacies. This is not my first rodeo. My previous experiences with specialty pharmacies have been remarkably painless and often extremely pleasant.
Gifthealth has been the complete opposite to the extreme.
If you have to use Gifthealth, document absolutely everything. Keep the date and time of every call, whom you spoke with, the department, what you were told, and every reference number. Do not assume the next representative will have the same information.
Ultimately, I canceled my dealings with Gifthealth and pursued another fulfillment route.
Maybe your experience will be different if absolutely nothing goes wrong. But patients should be able to trust that when something DOES go wrong, the company handling their medication has employees who understand its processes, communicate with one another, and provide consistent information.
Based on my experience, Gifthealth has a very long way to go in its employee training, internal communication, customer service, and basic administration before I would even remotely think of using them again.
If you have another option, take it. I would not recommend Gifthealth to family or friends. I am going to have a very frank discussion with my doctor about this experience and strongly encourage them to avoid sending other patients through Gifthealth whenever another option is available. The experience has been genuinely abysmal.

horable but worse
They just give you the never ending run-around ,"you need to tell your doc" "then tell your doc" and after that your doctor will need to fill this out and send this in. Then tell him this and tell him that.
why not just says , we wont pay for it from the start
Emailed and no response. What a joke

Unwilling to correct damaged product or provide refund!
Didn't really have a choice on how this package for prep on a procedure was selected. My physician placed the order.
Product came with a shattered mixing cup and I asked for a replacement and they said they couldn't send one.
My frustration is that I paid out of pocket for this and it was expensive. You would think they could make it right.
I stated if they couldn't send me a replacement they could at least provide a refund.
Instead they offered no solution.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have…
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced in some time. I received the wrong dose of my medicine twice. I have asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor to receive my correct dose or a refund, to no avail.

So glad I read these reviews first - CVS here I come!
So glad I read these reviews first. Decided to have prescription sent to CVS. Not interested in horrible customer service from AI bots or Africa or whatever non-English speaking third world country they pick.
Reviews really do work.

Their early re-order policy is capricious
Their early re-order policy is capricious, and leaves no room for people who frequently travel. The answer is, "It is our policy to allow only two "early deliveries in a 365-day time span." In other words, conform your travel schedule to our delivery schedule or do without. That is not customer service!
If 73% of the customer responses on this site are 1-star or less, Lilly has a lot of soul-searching to do. But, on the other hand, they are a monopoly. The customer can be damned. They have no other place to go.

Offshore Customer Service is Rude and Condescending
I have been very happy with Gifthealth mail service. However, I am requesting through my Doctor to find a different option. This is due to the rude and unprofessional customer service that I receive through the Gift health phone line. First, I find the virtual assistant condescending and obnoxious. I want and deserve a live representative. Second, that being said, when I’m transferred to a live agent, that person IS NOT in the USA but when asked, they are offshore and the last two I spoke with were in fact in South Africa. The service goes from rude and condescending to outright mean, rude and disgusting with a horrible condescending attitude. This person wants my personal information? Absolutely NO gifthealth.
I want to speak with a representative in the United States, not offshore. Gifthealth cannot service my account properly which I pay $ for, then I will find another service option for my medicine who can service me with an American in the USA.
