I have yet to receive an order I placed a month ago. One would think that 4 weeks would be plenty of time for you all to process and ship my order. This order was for a gift for a birthday, which has now come and gone. I still want my order ASAP.

Bought this keychain for my boyfriend sept 24 th 2022 I understand delivery was a 6 to 8 weeks which was not a problem, it broke pretty quickly but the customer service team was quick to help with my concerns. They are sending me a new keychain and it should be here soon. I appreciate their quick actions! Thank you

The item came out beautifully but fell off of its clip at work, we were able to get it back but when it fell off it’s clip it chipped some of the picture. Was super sad that it broke but otherwise is beautiful and my fiancé loves it and wears it every

It took sooo long to deliver. No updates for at least a week. It took about a month to get here. I just got it about 4 days ago. I ended up ordering another keychain from a different site because I wasn’t sure if this was was going to be in at the time I wanted it for. But I can say that the picture is clear and good quality keychain, doesn’t seem cheap. But definitely will not be ordering anything from this site again.

It was a nice sign and well made. But it was overpriced for being so small. And it was supposed to say “I am their father” but instead it says “I am your father.” It’s not the biggest deal in the world, just a little disappointed. I loved being able to customize it and my dad loved it.
