Even though I finally received my product, I will not buy from this company again. I placed an order back in November, and was told the product will be delivered early December. That did not happen. I contacted them and they said they will be delivered by 12/20 still a no show until a few days later. Their phone number doesn’t work and they stop replying to my text. Save yourself a headache and buy from Amazon. Very unhappy customer.

Let your customers know that it may take longer than expected. Also product is not actual size. Product Smaller than stated. Very dissatisfied in the blanket.

Yesterday I received an email stating my order was delivered. I received 2 packages and thought to myself the blankets seem very small, I ordered 5 blankets in this order. When I got home and opened my packages, I found I am missing two blankets from my order. I sent an email out to 2 different support contacts I have for Giftago but have not received a response from either contact as of now, a day after. I am disappointed I have not gotten a response regarding this matter. The blankets I did receive, I am happy with!

HAVE NOT RECEIVED the second order we made. GTG8670422, we made it on 11/22/2023 and tracking says it is still in Jamaica, NY. Will it get to us so we can give as a Christmas present? It said only 5-7 business days. Please HELP! Have contacted customer service, but have not heard anything.
