I bought a personalized affirmation blanket for my niece Sophia. After waiting for the product to be created and shipped out the package finally delivered, but was not anywhere to be found. I had my niece ask her guardian and neighbors along with checking with USPS and I was told it was in fact delivered. My assumption was someone probably stole it. I explained the situation and let customer service know I was devastated because my niece was looking forward to her birthday gift and that I simply couldn't afford to purchase another one. Giftago offered to remake and send out a new one to a different location and track it every step of the way to make sure I received it. I was so grateful for this amazing customer service. Six days later my niece told me the box arrived at her front door. I couldn't believe it just showed up. I notified Giftago right away so they didn't create another blanket and send it out. They thanked me for the information and gave me 10% off unlimited future purchases. Also my niece Sophia LOVED her gift and said the quality of it was great! I highly recommend making a purchase from this company. You won't be disappointed!♡♡♡♡♡

Great. I got the less expensive material. It’s very lite. Wondering if the other material would have been a bit heavier and keep you warmer. But overall I LOVE it

I’m not one to order from ads- but I loved that little blanket that had all the things on it that God says we are and who He is- so i ordered two for two different people. It was THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! The company kept me notified on when my product would arrive AND it’s the CUTEST little blanket EVER!!!! I absolutely love it!!!
