I ordered three blankets. The order took So long I started to think I had been scammed. When I reached out I was graciously credited some money as a token. Appreciated it. When they finally came a month later, only two of the three were there and the confirmation said my order was complete. Ugh. I emailed AGAIN and now await the follow up on my third missing blanket. Outside of the obvious, it would help to speed up process time and increase communication of the order status.

For the price I expected a little more
The product was beautiful and I love your idea, but for the amount of money I spent I was expecting a blanket, what I got was something smaller than a towel. I felt it was the ad was misleading. It’s also not a practical gift, what can she do with something so small? I thought that the beautiful scripture lined “blanket“ would wrap her up and be nice and cozy but really it’s just something to drape on a chair perhaps . I’m disappointed

Some improvements could be made.
It looks like they said it would, however I did expect a better quality for the price I paid. The blanket is very thin and not plush as I expected. I expect that I will have to purchase fabric to use as a backing. I also wish the letters used for her name could have been closer to normal to read and not so embellished.

Loved the blanket and pillow but the two ornaments are printed backwards and aren’t useable as gifts. Would like to have them reprinted correctly

Hi Lauren, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. In response to your worry, please kindly take off the thin plastic film from the ornaments. The ornaments were plainly printed on both sides, but we added a plastic covering to the right side to prevent scratching. You could use tweezers to peel the film easier.

The blankets I bought are really small maybe have someone standing beside each size of the blanket. They are not big enough to cover either of my grandchildren.

I did not get all of the blankets I ordered. I ordered 7 and only received 6. They are all Christmas gifts so what am I supposed to do about the one I didn't get??
