Hi George, We are so sorry for your unsatisfactory experience with the shipping and the delivered item. I hope to have your understanding that the winter storm sweeping much of the United States had a negative effect on shipping, so the package arrived late than normal, but still within the estimated shipping time we promised on the shipping policy. It also means that with the next order, the shipping time will probably arrive sooner than that.
