Non delivery
I made 2 separate orders as Christmas gifts, never received and both parcels show delivered. 1 to Colorado, last one to Chicago!! PayPal refunded the first order , still trying to get help from the company on the 2nd one. Support is the worst I've dealt with! No response, finally a Oh ,we're sorry can we ship another one? My response was no....it was a Christmas gift, please refund. 3 days now without a response! Oh, my shipping address was California! I hope someone in Chicago is enjoying. Do not buy from this company, A very expensive and disappointing lesson!
